Redeemed my code, but cannot intall with the serial numbers

I have redemed my code for Photoshop Elements & Premier Elements 14. I now have my serial numbers. I have registered them in my Adobe account. When I try to install these programs (with the disc), it says the serial numbers are not correct. What can be done to install these programs? Thanks! Jon
