Redemption code inactive

We purchased Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premiere Elements from a reputable online retailer. The package arrived sealed as expected, with the DVD's enclosed and card with the redemption code. However, upon entering the redemption code the message came up saying "Oops! This code doesn't seem to be active. I am hoping to resolve this here rather than send the software back.

This is a product user-to-user forum.  Nobody here can help you with a 3rd party redemption code problem. 

Contact the seller and ask for a refund.   Next time, buy directly from Adobe.  Currently the bundle is USD $100 until April 19.
