Reinstalled CC after crash now LR Classic and PS won't open

Thanks to @arij2010 my creative cloud is reinstalled (Thanks again!!)

However now I get an error 16 when I try to open LR Classic  or PS, saying I have to uninstall and reinstall...

Any tips on what's the best way to do this so that I don't lose everything (my plugins and actions etc for PS?)

Right clic on PS or LR > Run as admin

So did resetting the permissions and restarting.
