Remove CS6 from a Wacom Cintiq Companion (Black Screen)

I have CS6 on a Wacom Tablet and the Wacom Cintiq Companion' s screen went Black-How do I remove CS6 from this tablet?

If you can't see anything, I know of no way to deactivate and uninstall the program

To be able to install/activate on a new computer do as below

When you can't deactivate a serial number
