I'm a student from The Netherlands.
3 weeks ago I've renewed my year licence for Adobe Creative Cloud. I've paid €140,50 at Slim.nl, which is a website with products, licences and software downloaders. But then Adobe sents me that my licence is 'ended' and that I have to pay to renew it... So I don't get access anymore to the programs as Illustrator and InDesign. I've received an special code to redeem and install, but I haven't seen it before and I think it's over time to redeem it right now. How can I solve this???
