Renewing Membership

So I just renewed my membership and installed it into the account I was previously using and it is not working, even after I put in the redemption code. I am thinking that I should have used a new account while redeeming the code and now I have pretty much lost the membership. Is there any way I can go about un-redeeming the code from one account and putting it on another?

What Redemption code for what product, Program, and or subscription?

How did you get this redemption code?

 

You should NEVER have more than One Adobe ID, Account, as anything done on one account, Adobe ID, will not show up on a second account, a second Adobe ID.

 

Please explain what and where you got what you are calling a Redemption code.
