I have been unable to update the Creative Cloud app that controls everything. I can update and install individual apps. My IT department has tried and they cannot resolve this either. Sometimes if I hit retry it gets farther. Once I got to 98 percent.
I have uninstalled, used repair tool to both repair and uninstall.
Followed every option I have seen regarding Administrative permissions and many other things.
Does anyone have a way to help?
