Request Entity too large

Hello! I'm trying to add signature boxes to my PDF but keep getting this error code after I click NEXT to get to the PREPARE section: 

Request Entity Too Large
The requested resource
/api/rest/v6/agreements
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.
Apache Server at na1.documents.adobe.com Port 443

I have already tried:

• Compressing the file size using adobe
• Uploading a word doc instead of a PDF
• Clearing my cookies

What is going on here? I need to get this contract out. Please help!
