Having read through some of the stuff on the forum I am guessing that my request is a very long shot. I have been using PM through 5, 6 and 7 with lots of work on 7. I am 86 and used them in a small print shop from about 2000, for the type of work I did the A4 size was ideal. I have kept the jobs on USB's but the old PC I was using (over 70 yrs old)has blown up, along with PM7 and all my work including my family tree back to pre-1700! My local repair people tell me there is no way of retrieving it. It never entered my head that Adobe would ever finish off 7 and I am not computer savvy enough to have perhaps transferred the jobs to something else. I have this vision of lots of old computers sitting in rooms, they still work and have PM 7 on them, getting hold of one is the problem, or is that just wishful thinking on my part. Any advice or assistance from some of you more experienced people would be most welcome although reading previous posts I do not hold aout much hope. It does not make any difference I know but I have been in the printing game since 1949 in letterpress, litho, gravure, digita; retiring at age 75. Kindest regards
