I purchased my Acer Predator Helios 700 on Amazon and as far as I can tell I never received any code on any sort of receipt nor email. Was hoping someone could assist with getting this

I don't know what offer or deal you seek, but you can get receipts by logging in to Amazon to look at your orders.

I'm sure Amazon wouldn't direct you to the Adobe community forums. 

The offer says it is for "Participating retailers". Contact the retailer and ask them if they are participating in this offer. Be aware that what you buy through Amazon may be sold by someone completely different. The receipt will tell you.

Where do you see  "Participating retailers"? And I was indeed redirected by an Amazon respresentative.

A participating retailer would know they were participating. You would see an advert on the retailer's site. You can't find the offer at one retailer then shop around.
