Please take look here: Folgendes sollten Sie tun, wenn die Creative Cloud Desktop-Applikation nicht geöffnet wird oder wenn sie eine sich drehende Statusanzeige anzeigt. (adobe.com)

BTW:

So people don't have to download the image you have attached to your post please Edit your post to remove the attached screen shot and include it in the body of the text of your post.

You do that by Clicking the "More..." link at the bottom of your post, Selecting "Edit Message" and then use the "Insert Photos

Hallo Axel

Ich habe den Client neu downgeloadet und neu installiet. Ich habe den Inhalt des "OOBE" Verzeichnisses gelöscht. Nützt alles nichts. Nach erneuter Anmeldung am CC Client erscheint die geliche Meldung

Do you have check all the steps in the linked document?

If this doesn't help I would recommend a clean reinstallation.

Hi,

We are here to help you.

Would you please share more details about the issue? Are you on Mac or Windows? What version of OS are you using?

Since when have you been facing this issue? Did you try any of the steps mentioned above?

Thanks

Kanika
