Serial Number not working

Whenever I try to deactivate Premier Elements or Photoshop on my old computer, it's not accepting my serial number on my new laptop.  I would really like to receive some help with this problem.  Please contact me as soon as possible.  Thank You.

Is there an error message?  If so, exactly what does it say?

What versions of Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements?

Are you sure that you have the right serial number for each one?

 (Don't post serial numbers on this public forum)

The PSE and PE serial numbers are different.

What operating system?

Are you sure it is a serial number and not a redemption code?
