serial number

I bought Adobe Creative Suite 4 many years ago and am still happy with it, despite being an old version. I recently had to wipe my computer and am now trying to reinstall it but I keep getting a message saying that my serial number is not valid - I have typed it in several tims now and am sure I am using the right number - surely I should be able to reinstall a product that I have already bought!?

Any help much appreciated

If you have registered your product you'll find the serial number under your Adobe account.

Login on the Adobe's website with your Adobe ID and goto to Abo -> Products.

 

If you don't registered your software you have to contact the Adobe support.
