Hi. I'm having trouble with signing in adobe. (Not this account)

Not only creative clouds, but also I cannot sign in on the website.

I used to use my school enterprise ID, and it worked well about a month ago, but when I try to sign in with my school ID, the message says:

NameID element must be present as part of the Subject in the Response message, please enable it in the IDP configuration.

How can I fix this error?
