Spark Video Not Loading

On my computer, the videos on Spark are not loading. Ive tried closing the browser and restarting the computer. Web pages and posts work yet its just videos. I couldnt find any other help so please tell me why the videos are not loading.

Hi Collin,If you have a paid membership you can contact our phone/chat support for assistance here:Contact Customer Care Sign in with Adobe ID associated with your membership and select Spark > Troubleshoot > Show me my contact optionsFrom there you should see contact options to reach phone or chat support at the bottom of the page.Hope that helps,- Dave

You don't understand. I need help with spark videos not loading and there is no other support for spark. I don't need more info about spark I need help fixing spark. I have an assignment late because it's not loading.

If you have a paid membership you can contact our phone/chat support for assistance here:

Contact Customer Care

Sign in with Adobe ID associated with your membership and select Spark > Troubleshoot > Show me my contact options

From there you should see contact options to reach phone or chat support at the bottom of the page.

This is STILL an issue apparently. I am also a student, here in 2021, trying to complete an assignment. I am trying to edit the spark video I created already and Spark CANNOT access the server. That is a technical issue not a learner issue!

The problem appears to be in the database area E_FETCH_COMPOSITION Status 500
