specification upgrade?

Hey, I am currently running a system with specification OS -windows 7 pro -64bit, PROCESSOR- AMD Ryzen 5 1400 Quad-Core Processor 3.20 GHz, RAM-8 GB, and 2 GB graphics card I tried installing adobe premiere pro and it told me that I needed to upgrade my OS so my question is... do I only need to upgrade only my OS or the hardware too to install and run this software. the software that I need to use is adobe lightroom, photoshop, and premier pro. Thanks in advance.

Upgrade only OS preference Windows 10 Pro Version 1809 / 1903/ 1909

For Permiere Pro you might want to consider upgrading your RAM and GPU, look at the recommended system requirements and not the minimum, also consider how much space you have on the system drive.
