Still running PS 2015

I pay monthly for Adobe CC and have realised Im still running PS 2015? I tried updating and nothing has changed. How do I get PS 2021? And will this require all my actions to be reloaded, current program info below. Please help!! Thank you

Which version of Windows 10 you are exactly using?

It is possible that your Windows version doesn't match the system requirementsof the recent Photoshop version.
