Stop subscription process is hell! Will never ever use Adobe products anymore

It is such an a wierd process to stop subscription of Adobe products. Totally not user friendly. It is done in a way to charge people rather than providing a convenient service.

NEVER EVER will subscribe for Adobe again!!!

Hello Victoria,

I’m sorry that you’re having difficulties in canceling your subscription.

You need to log into your Adobe id on www.adobe.com . On your panel, you have an entry “Manage account”.

From there you go to Plans and Products. Click “manage plan” for the plan you want to cancel. Click “Cancel plan”.

The first 30 days you may cancel at no cost. If you cancel afterwards, you have to pay half of what would be due until the end of your subscription periode.
