Stuck on install screen

I have tried everything. Reseting pc, uninstalling, installing apps seperatly, using adobes uninstaller and repair app. 

I keep getting stuck on the loading screen. Just did a refresh of my PC and I can't install this.

Also my plan is current and I use it on my other PC

 

Can't get a hold of adobe support

I understand that you have already tried the troubleshooting steps involving uninstalling the apps and repairing and also went ahead with PC reset.

-Please click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
