Student subscription paid but only trials available

I have a student subscription. On my account under Formule I see nothing.

All I see is free or trial to install.

I tried all i've read but nothing works.

help please

To confirm your subscription is active, log- in to your Adobe account below with your paid Adobe ID (e-mail) and password.

When I lauch the chatbot, they ask me to contact my company admin.

I'm student there is no adobe admin within my school.

Is there any other way to contact someone from Adobe?
