Hi Guys,

Any guidance would be grand, I recently embarked on a part time course (as I work full time) to get certified by adobe on indesign, photoshop and illustrator. I signed up for the students plan and it charged me with no problem but I am quite ocnfused as to how once I finish my studies, how I can cancel it and how it all works, My current course end on November 2021 but I will be doing more courses till at least the end of next year.

Do I need to send something in? All I was asked was the institution im studying at.

How it works does depend on the type of institution and your email address. Sometimes you need to send more supporting info to prove you are a student at a recognised school or college. Training specialists may not qualify you for student prices. If Adobe need more from you they will ask. If the app is running (and doesn't say it is a trial) I guess all is good, but you can check your accoount.

Now, how the plan runs ALSO depends on the type of school. Some schools run the plan themselves and have their own rules. But otherwise you have signed up for 1 year minimum. At the end of the year, it will go up to the full price and continue. If you are still a student, be sure to answer any requests to prove this, and you get the higher student rate. To cancel without an early charge, cancel in the 12th month of the anniversary.
