Good evening!
I took a trial subscription CreativeCloud. But could not install applications on a laptop. Then I forgot to cancel the subscription, and now they are trying to deduct money from my card for an application that I do not plan to use. I can’t cancel the plan in my account. What can be done with this?

Click in your icon at the top right hand side of the Creative Cloud app.

Select Adobe Account.

Then Manage Plan in the subsequent dialogue box.

You may be able to make changes via the Manage Payments tab.
