Hi, I've been using Adobe products for over 20 years and have been a subscriber to the cloud for the last 3-4 years.
My package costs almost £50 a month.
I've not had any work since Lockdown and have no work on the horizon.
How about Adobe helps out existing faithful customers during these difficult times by either waiving our subscription fees, charging us the student fee or at least giving us the 39% reduction that you're currently offering to NEW users.
Please show some goodwill in these difficult times.

I contacted Adobe via the online customer care and they've agreed to help me for 3 months.
It was quick and easy to contact them.
Very happy to have been treated like a valued customer.
