Subscriptions!

Hi, I've switched over to the creative cloud ALL apps package, but am still being charged for my other subscriptions? I can't cancel them from here because it will charge me £50.00!! I was under the impression that switching to the ALL apps package would automatically cancel the other subscriptions....I do NOT want to being payable for double the apps. Please can you advise!!
