I have been paying the annual plan monthly as a student plan since January this year, and this month as well. I want to use the app now, but it asks me to log in and the app asks if I want to use the trial version. When I click on my account, it confirms that it is a free plan. I also paid this month, and it's not been a year yet. Why? Besides, I have to work urgently now. Adobe is completely ruining my job. I'm very upset, so I want to ask for compensation for this as well.
