Hi guys,

I am trying to download adobe cc but before anything could pop up this message came up instead: This computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for Photoshop. Please refer to the system requirements in the Help documentation for a full list of hardware and software requirements for Photoshop.

I have a Mac OS X version 10.7.5  my computer has been updated and i tried all the options given. Someone please help Thank you!

you need to upgrade your os.  if your computer hardware is able to handle the upgrade, it's free from apple.

Hi,

please assist

I upgraded my PC from a hard drive to a ssd solid state drive

Now I have the same issue

I run Windows 7 Professional

64 bit

I ran Light room and Photoshop CC before this upgrade

What should I do now?

Does your computer meet the requirements to install the latest versions?

Minimum System requirements for Cloud Programs... scroll down and check each program

If you can't install the latest versions, you should be able to install earlier versions

reinstall your programs by installing the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud  and using it to install your subscriptions and trials.
