I tried free trail creative cloud before like one month ago and I didn't tend to use it after few days of installation of the free trial. However, I didn't realize I have to cancel it by myself.
It didn't even notify me at the end of the free trial and I would be automatically subscribed to the plan.
Yesterday I checked my credit card account and I found that I had to pay for this subscription each month for even A YEAR! I didn't tend to use but it just charged me before any notification. I just want to terminate it but I have to pay a termination fee.
What can I do? The customer service is down today (maybe because of the holiday) but the credit card payment is due tomorrow.
If this doesn't help you have to contact the Adobe support, because this is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support. Sorry, but we're normal users and we can't help with account and/or payment problems.
