Testabo ohne kosten kündigen?

Hallo, 

ich habe mir heute das Testabo zugelegt und wollte mal schauen wie mir die CC so gefällt. Allerdings bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich das Probeabo einfach so kündigen kann, ohne dann auch direkt den Jahresbetrag zu bezahlen.. Deswegen meine Frage: Kann ich das Testabo, falls es mir nicht gefällt, innerhalb der 7 Tage kündigen ohne, dass ich dafür einen Cent bezahlen muss?

Angeblich soll man das können. Ich habe mehr als eine Woche diskutieren müssen, bevor man mir die Sonderkosten erlassen hat - allerdings bekomme ich nun keine Antwort mehr und habe Beiträge bezahlt, die ich nicht habe zahlen wollen. Weil der "Abo kündigen" Button, Achtung Zitat, "zur Kündigung der Zahlungsart dient.
