The download got stuck in "cancelling" mode. Cant get the try button back..

Tried to try Photoshop CC.. the download got stuck. So pushed the cancel button.. now it says cancelling all the time. Tried reinstalling and but the damn message is still there.. On top of that. I can't sign out!

Hi,

Kindly try and close the following processes from task manager (win) / activity monitor (mac) , reboot the machine and try again .

Processes:-

  • Creative Cloud.exe
  • Adobe CEF Helper.exe
  • Adobe Desktop Service.exe
  • AdobeIPCBroker.exe
  • Adobe Installer.exe
  • AdobeUpdateService.exe
  • AdobeServiceInstaller.exe
  • CreativeCloud(URIHandler).exe
  • AAM Updates Notifier.exe
  • CCLibrary.exe
  • node.exe
  • CoreSync.exe
