the photoshop link is broken

when i click the link (https://www.adobe.com/go/cchome_dnld_photoshop_prod?x-product=CCHome&x-product-location=Apps&guid=70...), it brings me back so the send link page. i have the premium and everything so idk what is going on. nothing downloads, nothing happens exept bringing me to the same website.
