The problem with the subscription

Hello, I bought a plan in lightroom for 598 rubles, the duration of the plan is a month, but my subscription was canceled, what is the problem?

First there is No plan for either LR Classic + Photoshop + 20GBs of cloud storage space (the Photography plan) or Lightroom Cloud Centric + 1TB of cloud storage space (The Lightroom Plan) that is only for One Month.

Both are Yearly subscriptions Paid Monthly (or possibly paid all at once, one time payment).

Your plan could of been canceled because of a problem with your Payment Method. I don't know I am just a user like you.

I have no idea what plans and payment options are available in Russia.  598 Rubles is USD $8.14. 

In the US, a Photography Plan costs $10/month for 12 months or $120/year.
