Hi i installed the 7 day trial on a personal account then i signed in with my student account to buy the creative cloud pack and its saying my trial has ended and i cant access anything anymore, i have paid for the creative cloud pack with all the products yet i cant seem the get the creative cloud app to change to m yaccount and its saying i have no plan anymore, does anyone know how to fix this?

You need to cancel and then sign OUT of your personal account before you sign IN with another account
