transform license

Hello,

I'm a system admin in Military geographic service in Bulgaria. We have license for Photoshop.21 in Creative Cloud. Is there a way to transform it in offline license, because we will use it in classified computer, which haven't network connection.

No, Adobe does not offer any other mode of licensing that i am aware of. The thing is, it does not need a persistent internet connection, once in 30 days should be fines unless some major things are changed on the computer like changing its time etc. With that said, you can't be sure when it would need an internet connection.
