I am so confused when suddenly I could not open pdf documents on my cellphone even if i have an active account. So i followed the instructions on how to open pdf documents & it asked me to download the acrobat reader. I started with a 7-day free trial but it asked me to do it on a different account. & so I did but when I wanted to cancel the trial I cannot sign in to the other account. I am always directed to my current active account. Please help. I am lost?!

As an aside, there is no trial period for Acrobat Reader. That program is free.

If a trial period is involved, that is Adobe Acrobat, which is a different program. Yes, the names are confusing, especially since people tend to refer to both programs as Acrobat.
