Hi, my school recently is letting students have access to adobe creative cloud. I download illustrate and photoshop onto my computer and they both work but when I try to log in on my ipad i get "access denied, you do not have access to this service" why is that?
You have probably an enterprise license. Here the administrator can decide what people are allowed to install. Contact your school's helpdesk for this.
Nb: only Photoshop is available as an iPad application as of my knowledge.
