It's been weeks and days trying to contact someone for support as I couldn't solve the problem just following the instruction given (traying multiple times). It's absurd that there is no way to chat or call for support, not even chatting with a robot, to get your problems fixed!!
Anyone with suggestions on how to contact Adobe employees??
