Change the setup file compatibility mode to Windows 7 and run the setup file and check.

Right click on Installer file and select properties option.

Then click on Compatibility tab .

Set the OS to Windows 7 and check.

I can only chose compatibility with any other OS older then Win7. Seams logic to me as the actual OS is Win7...

I have exactly the same problem - I bought the package via Amazon. My Windows 7 OS is up to date and meets all the requirements. However, I also get the same eror: "Windows Vista not supported".

Thanks for your help. However, it did not help. But I have found the solution - it is pretty easy, I just had to go to the directory "Win Support files" and open the set up file. Now it works.

In the root directory. So basically you just open the CD in your explorer and then you will have a few files and only one directory.Adobe_Screenshot.jpg

Follow below steps :

Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.

Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.

Example screenshot:

Untitled.jpg

It will open ProgramData folder. inside locate Adobe folder.

Navigate to Adobe > Lightroom.

Open Lightroom folder  and delete all files inside ,

Then launch Lightroom 6 and enter serial number,
