unable to activate PSE15

Hello.

I've got a new computer where I installed PSE15. Before I ran installation, I deactivated the license on the old machine. On the new  machine its not possible to activate the key (The max number of installation was exceeded). On my Desktop I've got an installation too. With this number I expect, that there are no problems with the license.

 

Any ideas, how I can reactivate the license?

in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

and make sure you immediately make clear you have an activation count issue
