Unable to convert PDF to Word

Hi there,

I recently paid for my annual subscription (Adobe Acrobat Export PDF) and every time I wish to convert a PDF to word, I get taken to the Adobe website with all the pricing options.

Does anyone have any suggestions about getting this resolved please?
