that's not the latest (but should meet specs). ntl, use your win 10 search to start system updates and update your os.
My system is as updated as it can be by going to the settings and updating. Still, creative cloud refuses to recognize it.
Here's a list of things I've tried:
-Updating the system (it will only go as far as version 2004, which should meet specs)
-Updating graphic drivers
-Deleting Adobe and creative cloud entirely and reinstalling
-Temporarily disabling firewall
-Turning off compatibility mode, but then realizing it wasn't on because I am using windows 10.

Your System Does Not meet the system Requirements.
If it did you would be able to install Fresco.
When the Error says Update your System it is not only talking about the version of Windows. It is talking about other parts of your system.
IIRC Fresco needs a Device that has a Touch Screen.
