Hi,

I've been studying it, infography and communication at the University of Corsica for the past year or so. I started on September of 2019, and I'll get my diploma around june-july of 2021. I might continue one year after that, but I'm not sure.

Last week end I spent 2 and a half hours trying to get Adobe to accept me: it knows the uni, subject, thinks the year is correct, but I think it does not understand my credit card. I have a Mastercard, and idk if US CCs are special or anything but mine has a secret code at the back, which Adobe never asks me, even though it's always asked to secure a payment.

I've also tried to "get in" with my Paypal account but same issue. The uni infos seem to get accepted, but not my credential informations, and I don't know why. My card is still valid, still has money in it, I use it at only once a week so its monthly maximum usage is far from being reached.

I tried searching for similar topics or helps, and someone redirected me to a web page on which we do not seem to have the same informations --I just cant contact Adobe support agents and idk why.

I hope someone will be able to help me, thx guys.

Wisedred.
