Hello,

I'm trying to install InDesign 2019 on my mac but everytime I get an Error 41 "Unable to access a critical file/directory.".

Does anyone have an idea where it might be coming from?

Thank you!

These do not help at all 😞 it just says to retry, so it's an endless loop.

None of the CC 2019 apps will run on Catalina, because they either are or include 32-bit software and Catalina only runs 64-bit software.

If you want to run InDesign on Catalina, you'll have to upgrade to InDesign 2020.

Adobe has apparently updated CC 2019 so that it will run on Catalina. There are still known issues. See here for more information.
