Unable to open PDF files listed on Canadas Immigration website

i am using windows 10 and adobe acrobat reader... I ahve tried to download all the updates listed in teh help center of the Canada imigration website.. Yet issues is still not resolved... Can you help me pls

There are other programs that can read PDF files.

Try one or several of them. If the problem persists then it is with the file you have linked to in your original post. Contact Canada Immigration department.
