Unable to run Creative Cloud

I downloaded Creative Cloud, but i am not able to run it. It says its impossible to execute the code, because MSVCP140.dll was not found. I close the pop up and another pop ups : impossible to execute the code, because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found.

 

I reinstalled twice Creative Cloud, restart my laptop (hp with windows 10) twice also, and still same pop ups.

 

Any advice? Thanks
