Unable to sign in to Creative Cloud

I'd had my previous account deleted with my old school, and I have tried to log onto adobe Creative Cloud's app with my new account but when ever I click sign in, it just constantly reloads, telling me to sign in. Photoshop refuses to let me log into my new account, however my account works on the website. It is only when I try and download an app through the creative cloud it won't admit me, as I cannot sign out of my previous account.
