I have started getting a message saying "Creative_Cloud_Set_Up.exe - Bad Image" when on my PC (Windows 10),

I cannot now update and of my Adobe programs.

I have tried deleting them but cannot because there is no Creative Cloud app which, when I try to install, sticks @ 5%.

Any ideas, please?

OK, I sorted it.

Downloaded the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool , removed Creative Cloud and reinstalled it.

Updates working 🙂

Thevillaboy, where are you going to download the Creative_Cloud_Set_Up.exe?  Are you following the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html to Lightroom and Photoshop CC?

Hi, Jeff.

Yes, I did follow this link, but it still occurs - get to 5% installation and hangs.

It says "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\Core\AdobePIM.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error".

I can't uninstall any part od Adobe to start gain as this message stops me from doing so.
