Unable to view "Apps" section of CCD on Mac 10.14

When I open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application on my Mac running OS 10.14 I am unable to see the list of applications on the "Apps" page.  Instead all I can see is an error message which says "Page unavailable. We can't load this content, Please try again later." The application used to run fine then just stopped showing the "Apps" page shortly after Adobe MAX.

This issue has been occuring for several days now.  I have tried restarting the machine, uninstalling and re-installing the CCD app, logging out and logging back in, I even deleted all the files in the Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/ folder like an article on the Adobe Support website suggested to try.

If anybody has any further suggestions, please let me know.

*UPDATE*

I was able to get the Creative Cloud Desktop app working again after I ran the CC Cleaner tool and wiped everything Adobe from my hard drive and re-installed everything all over again.
