I clicked the wrong thing in an email trying to look at an invoice and now I have this massive pile of crap on my computer. How do I get rid of it?

I am not sure what specific application you meant to uninstall. If it is related to creative cloud apps, then first you will have to uninstall the individual apps one by one from within the Creative Cloud application. Instructions below

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

 

Then you can uninstall Creative Cloud application as well. Instruction below

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

 

This should remove everything related to Creative Cloud from your machine.

No wonder the support robot was confused. You repeatedly refused to give the actual name of a product. If it was a human they would have hung up.
