Adobe product and version number
Operating system and version number
The full text of any error message (s)
What you were doing when the problem occurred
Screenshots of the problem and/or error messages
Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

Is your system up-to-date (operating system and drivers)?
Do you logged in as an Administrator or a user with Admin rights when you run the install process?
Do you have running any kind of protection software, like virus scanner, malware protection and so on? If yes please deactivate these programs and try again.
Take a look into the Windows logs if there are any messages to identify the possible problems.
