all apps keep quitting on my imac, constant crashing!! cant even send a report in, and cant speak to anyone as no phone number!! had an online chat but lasted hours as each reply took about 15 minutes as adobe staff obviously attending to other enquiries  very frustrating

You have a Computer Problem. Hard drive, RAM or an Overheating problem.

 

If it was totally the Adobe software fault you would see thousands, Millions, of posts about it on this and other forums that deal with Adobe software.

 

Not that Adobe does No Wrong, they do. But in this case your problem is mainly releated to YOUR Computer.
